Turnaround Times
All of our products are in stock. For books and DVDs, we try to ship the same day if we receive the order before 11:30am MST (remember, Arizona is actually the same as PST - California - in the summer). Our shipping department is open Monday - Friday and closed on most holidays.

For T-Seps orders, we normally ship within 48 hours of receiving the order. You can download T-Seps and get it installed without having to have the physical CD.

Guarantee
On books and DVDs, if you are not 100% satisfied with the product simply contact info@tbiznetwork.com for return authorization within 30 days of receipt of product. See Returns details below.

Due to the nature of software, we will not take returns on T-Seps, T-FX or any stock artwork. T-Seps is fully functioning for 20 days when you download the trial version. You should make sure it does what you want and that it works with your version of Photoshop and computer before you make a final purchase.

Freight and Postage
We can ship to virtually any place in the world. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) because they have the best rates on "media" such as books, DVDs and software - and they have excellent rates for international shipments. When you check out you have an option to see the actual freight rate depending on your area and the weight of the package. The price of the item does not include any freight or postage.

Payment
We use PayPal for payment or you can pay with a standard credit card. You have those choices when checking out.

You can also pay with a company check, money order, or bank wire. For bank wire information contact info@tbiznetwork.com.

We do not ship COD and we only give credit terms to large corporations, schools, government agencies and institutions upon credit approval and with an authorized purchase order. Contact us for more details.
